Welcome to Newman University, from all of us in the library.
We know your first few weeks are going to be a huge whirlwind of information, so the first thing we want to say is this webpage, and these videos are going to stay up all year so you can revisit them or dip into them when you need the information. You don't need to view everything on this page or watch it all at once.
We've divided our content into start here, or start here for PGCE students. And then if you want to, you can have a look at the "Keen to know more" information. And that's really if you want to start using the library before your teaching on campus starts.
You may be wondering how to use the library for studying, how to borrow books, how to use online materials. This page will take you through everything you need to know before you start your course
You may not have been on campus yet, but on this page, you can take a tour of the library find out what resources we have learn a bit more about who works here and how they can help you. Once you come onto campus you are more than welcome to come and have a look round the library in person.
We really look forward to seeing you soon.
