Wellbeing

The Wellbeing Collection in the library is available for all students. The collection is located on level 2, between the Quiet and Silent zone. It contains a range of books related to mental health, hobbies, travel, cooking, gender, sexuality, race, disability, finance, and life skills.

You'll also find our 'Take a Break' items in this part of the library. This is a small selection of games and crafts available for use within the library, to help you take a few minutes out of your studies to de-stress.

Wellbeing Wednesday

Every Wednesday, a fun activity will take place in the Atrium and in the Afternoon, Drop-in Sessions are available for students, no booking is necessary.

Students can visit the Student Success desk (just over the bridge, through the second floor of the library) to chat about anything on their minds.
